This is the fabulous minestrone soup I made for lunch today. Now that we are moving away from Aries and into grounded Taurus we need to spend some time on nurturing and nourishing the body.

Because our primary identity on Earth is that we are Soul and Spirit within a human body.

We have chosen to be here on Earth for a reason.

To be the Keepers and Stewards of the Planet.

In my upcoming webinars I am going to talk about how our life, and our perspective on life, changes when we realise that we are exactly where we choose to be at this time.

As we embody the Christ Consciousness, we need to create and build a body that can carry this powerful energy.

We do this by nurturing and nourishing our body in the way it was intended.

We simplify.

We seek pure and organic power food.

And we eat as much as we need, not more.

These concepts might be strange to those of us who were born and raised into consumerism and the celebration of excess. But in the New Earth we will learn to slow down and simplify.

And make minestrone for lunch!

It is a “slow food” because after you have prepared and chopped the veggies, the soup needs to simmer for at least 90 minutes to develop the flavour.

I usually make a big pot like this and then freeze portions so that i have at least four meals from this.

I will be sharing this recipe, and my lentil vegetable soup recipe in the last part of the webinars.

I have travelled extensively in my life, and i first ate minestrone in Italy, and lentil soup in the Middle East. I developed them to suit my own tastes and to be healthy and filling protein packed meals, along with lentil bread.

Yes! Being embodied in Taurus means nurturing your body.

Did I mention that my Moon is in Taurus?

But that is a story for another time!
